My Passion
There are two driving forces in my daily life: my intense desire to explore new terrain, and my eagerness to reach my goals faster, or improve the results even further. In my daily work that means being constantly involved in the development of innovative ideas and the resulting applications, assessing them and making sure they are implemented successfully for the benefit of the customer.
In my free time, I also enjoy discovering new territory, and I do so by travelling. To counterbalance the sedentary lifestyle of my office job, I go jogging, hiking or snowboarding. For my mental balance, sweets are an absolute must – best combined with watching a suspenseful Formula-1 race.

Ralph Sturm
My Passion
Eager anticipation born out of a passionate interest in new concepts and the drive to push the limits of what can be done – this probably describes best what makes me go. Add to this the satisfaction that comes from being creative, and the joy of seeing perfection happen.
In my free time I tend to seek balance in calmer pastimes, often in touch with nature. These may be as diverse as gardening or skiing, sailing in the Aegean or doing arts and crafts. Constant learning has always been a key motivator in everything I do. I therefore went back to school recently to acquire another degree (Master of International Management).
