The following are minimum requirements:

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003 and earlier releasesSolid knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2007 and earlier releasesSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007Some initial experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008Active Directory design, implementation and migration in complex environmentsComprehensive familiarity with Microsoft Messaging clients and Windows network services

Additional expertise and references in the following solution disciplines will be to your advantage:

Planning and setting up secure VoIP communicationsPBX and SIP systems and possibly ACD systemsMigration of Lotus Notes systems
